Pierce is a self taught metal artist. Born and bred in Dublin, his inspiration spans from the metal smiths of ancient Ireland to these minimalistic designer times. All of his creations are one-of-a-kind with the stamp of original design and expert craftsmanship. Using sterling silver, 14 karat gold, brass, copper, iron, stainless steel, oxidization, and a variety of textures along with moving parts, he crafts contemporary jewelry. Each creation has an exciting finish & touch that is meaningful to its wearers.

Pierce is a strong believer in the finished piece of work taking on the scratches and dents of its wearer's life and feels jewelry is half physical, half mystery - the latter referring to the stories connected to a piece once placed on the body. Almost like the captains log on a ship, once launched for a voyage there is no telling where it will go. As a schooled draftsman he has a trained eye for detail and design, and views each creation as a small painting on metal, expressing a mood and a moment in time which will live and survive the journey of many lives.
